Disappearing Horizontal Bar and Filters on Mobile

On mobile, the horizontal bar on the product category page—which provides access to different services, including the filters—has disappeared.

Here is some context that might help:
Last week, I experienced an issue when creating a staging environment through my hosting panel. I couldn’t clone the site due to an error, which was apparently related to the PHP version. My hosting provider downgraded the PHP version, and the cloning functionality started working again.

I am wondering if this change might have caused the current issue. I am investigating this on my end with my hosting provider, but at the same time, could you check if the problem might be related to the theme or another issue on your side?

I am providing you with temporary admin access to my site. Please be cautious with any changes you make, as this is a live e-commerce site currently in full production.

As you can see in my screenshot, on mobile the horizontal bar is no longer visible, and the button at the top to display the filter window does not appear either.

In the screenshot, you can also see that my PHP version is 8.0.

I just upgraded my production site to PHP 8.2, and the filters and horizontal bar are now displaying correctly again.

This confirms that there is an issue when using PHP version 8.0. Could you please verify if this version is indeed causing the bug?

Additionally, do you have any important information regarding PHP compatibility to help me avoid such issues in the future?

Is there any documentation available regarding supported PHP versions and your update compatibility?

Lastly, could you provide a link to a page where I can regularly check for feature additions, updates, and release notes for the WoodMart theme to stay informed?

Unfortunately, the horizontal bar and the filter button on mobile are still not working. They only appear when I use the mobile view through the browser’s developer tools on a PC.

Please check this issue on an actual mobile device.

Disable the Maintenance mode option from Theme Settings -> Maintenance and check the issue. At the same time, an appropriate page isn’t configured to be as maintenance.
