DISAPPEARING MENU

    Hello,

    Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Hello,

    The containing the Browse category is not sticky, please make it sticky and the problem would be solved.

    Hi, I don’t know if I understand you well, but I don’t see any sticky option here (screen in attachment). Could I have an instruction on what should I do? Unfortunately, the menu still disappears after scrolling down.

    Ok, I put it on sticky but unfortunately it didn’t help. Still the category menu disappears after scrolling down. Screen in the private section.

    Could you please try to set this up so it won’t disappear? I have gave all accesses details above.

    Hello,

    You have set the middle row to be sticky, and the Product category element in the bottom row I see you have a customized menu, remove the customization, and check again.

    I removed all CSS changes but the menu still disappears unfortunately.

    Unfortunately not. The menu still disappears when scrolling down. You have full access to the website. Please fix this error.

    We have misunderstood each other: the Browse category menu is shown on the sticky header: https://prnt.sc/127q2qy

    It is not opened as on the default header and it is the way it works. You can add the menu in the content like Fashion demo has: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-fashion/demo/fashion/
