Disappearing products featured images

I have a problem in my shop
the featured image of products is disappearing
when I try to activate another theme they appear again
Could you please help me to fix it asap.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

It is not because of the plugin
I did as you said, and as I told you when I try another theme the images appears correctly
the website was working for more than 2 weeks and suddenly the images disappeared.
So could you please check it for me.

Hmm I restore backup for the website and it works correctly
But now after you deactivated the plugins the images disappear again.
So Again I will make restore for the backup, so if you want to check, please don’t deactivaet the plugins

The problem is caused by your plugins as soon as I have deactivated them, the picture appears. You need to deactivate all in Dashboard > PLugins excepting these:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

Then check the issue.

I think that you still don’t understand me.
here is the situation: we made a shop with more than 10,000 products
we get these products from another company which is Knwat and they make some plugins for that I unstalled all them.
I deactivate all plugins as you said but the image still not appearing and here is a screenshot.
some products are on our website so their images appear automatically like the product that you make screenshot for him, but our big problem in other products, their data comes to our website and their images come as URL to from another server, they did that using this plugin ”
Featured Image by URL” so please if you understand me, try to fix our problem, If not let’s make a voice call for more explaining.
please answer me ASAP for this urgent problem and I hope you put it urgently as well

So now there are some products appear with their images because their images are in our server, but most of our product bring their images by URL from another server, when I deactivate the theme they work correctly, and when I Activate it again they disappear again.

Product page is the Woocommerce functionality. Here is the instruction on how to add the image: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/adding-product-images-and-galleries/

By default, the image should be in Media Library. Our theme does not influence that.

Please install the theme on net WordPress installation and check if the image appears. If it do not, contact us.
Our support does not cover testing and fixing Knwat plugins, please contact them on this issue.
