Disappearing Text on Pages

    I have some draft pages that are being worked on, they have already been made but when previewing them – the text appears for a brief moment and then disappears.

    This is happening on 4/5 most recent pages we have made but we are not sure as to why.

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    The issue happens intermittently but when I clear Cache on CDN or on WP Rocket, the issue is resolved temporarily.

    Hello,

    Since the issue seems to resolve temporarily after clearing the CDN or WP Rocket cache, it’s likely related to caching.

    To troubleshoot further, I recommend the following steps:

    1. Temporarily disable WP Rocket and check the preview behavior on your draft pages.
    2. Purge the CDN cache and see if the issue reappears without WP Rocket active.

    I recommend clearing your browser cache/ site cache/server cache or checking the issue.

    I have disabled WP Rocket and then have cleared cache on CDN. This fixes the issue temporarily but then the issue happens again

    I have checked your site and the header menus are showing fine on your site on all pages.

    Could you please record a short video and describe how we can reproduce the issue on your website so we can check this for you?

    Also, share the WP login details so I can further check the issue on your site.
