Discount box on Checkout not showing

Hello. The discount box on the checkout page of my online shop is not showing.
I have disabled all plugins and it didn’t show.
I have changed the theme to storefront and it shows.
I have gone all around the settings and can’t seem to find out what is wrong.
Can you assist please?

Can you please share some screenshots for better understanding which discount box is not showing on the checkout page. So I will check and give you a possible solution.

In checkout, no box to insert the discount code…

For example, in another website I own the option to insert a coupon exists as a text link on the top.
Could it be possible that, because I needed more space at the bottom because it started beneath the menu, I added a checkout layout and it doesn’t, somehow, have the option for that? :/

Now I have changed the layout of the checkout, and still the option to add the discount doesn’t show. This option is available in the cart page but not in checkout

I found out that a “Checkout top content” needs to be added also.

Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > General > Enable coupons. Tick the checkbox to Enable the use of coupons.
