Display bugs after Woodmart update

Hello ! I hope you are well.

I had created my ecommerce store with Woodmart version 7.3.1 .

And everything displayed very well. But recently, I upgraded Woodmart to version 8.2.2 . And I’m having display bugs on the pages I took directly from Woodmart’s prebuilt templates (the Shopping Cart page, and the Payment page).

I don’t know why this is happening.

I’ll show you how the pages looked before with woodmart version 7.3.1. And how they look now after upgrading to version 8.2.2 (and it’s naughty).

I had installed the prebuilt website: Alternative Energy (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-alternative-energy/demo/alternative-energy/) , and I think my store pages like: Shopping cart, Payment, single page took its design (because I didn’t design these pages directly with elementor), and it’s really what I want, it’s pretty.

For the other pages of my site, I designed with Elemento Pro, like the company pages and others. But the shop-specific pages I took from : Alternative Energy.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

You are using WooCommerce Blocks for cart and checkout. You need to replace them with classic shortcodes [woocommerce_cart] and [woocommerce_checkout] to make it work. You can do this in Dashboard > Pages: https://monosnap.com/file/1w4cNFONQGcQdONbFxHTeZ1iXYPEs3

If you want to use Gutenberg blocks, navigate to Theme Settings > Performance > enable “Disable default Gutenberg blocks styles”

Problem solved at 10/10.

Apart from that, I have another problem. And it’s on the Single Product page. On the Single Product page, the short descriptions display very well at the top. But the long descriptions don’t display at the bottom when it’s on Tabs. But when it’s accordion style, they display fine. The same goes for the reviews section.

Basically, when it’s on Tabs, I just see Description and Reviews, but nothing displays there. But when it’s in Accordion, they display just fine. Whereas I prefer them in Tabs.

Of course you can disable plugins if and only if my configurations won’t reset.

Your issue has been resolved. I have deactivated some of the plugins on your site and the tabs are working fine, please check back your site and reactivate the plugin one by one to check which one caused the issue.
