    Hello Woodmart Support Team,

I need help with your Layouts feature. I have successfully created and configured a custom template for my Single Products, and it is working correctly.

Now, I am trying to do the same for my Single Post templates, but I have a problem. I created a custom template for all my posts, but it is not being applied. All new and existing posts are still using the default theme layout.

I have already done all the correct steps in your Woodmart > Layouts system:

I have a new template that I want to use for all my single posts.

I have set its Display Condition correctly to Include > Posts > All posts. The condition is saved and the layout is active.

I have deleted all old and unused templates from the trash to prevent any conflicts.

I have cleared all site caches multiple times (WP Rocket, server cache, and browser cache).

Despite these steps, the theme is completely ignoring the display condition for my post template. New posts are created with the default theme template, not my custom one.

This functionality for post templates seems to be broken in my environment. Please investigate why your Layouts system is not applying the display conditions as it should.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Thank you in advance

    Hello Artem:
    Thank you for your reply.

As requested, I have performed a plugin conflict test. I deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce, Elementor, and Woodmart Core. The issue persists: my custom single post layout is still not being applied.

This confirms the problem is not a conflict with a third-party plugin.

Here are the temporary admin credentials for you to investigate the issue.

Please let me know what you find.

    Thank you.

As I can see, both templates for products and the blog are applied correctly. Could you please clarify what is wrong?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your time.

It seems the issue has resolved itself. It was likely related to a server-side cache that has now cleared or a recent minor update. Both the blog and portfolio layouts are now working as expected.

    You can close this ticket.

    Best regards.
