Display Custom Products on Shop Page

This is the shop page, and most of the links on the left are Products Categories. When I click on a category it shows the products in that category on the shop page. Works perfectly.
The Specials menu items is a Custom Link …. I would the shop page to display certain products when I click on it. For example, product ID 15,27, and 45.
Is there a short code that I use to accomplish this? Something like [Products = “15,27,45]. I know I can create a new category with those items and just display the category here, but I don’t have that option for some reason.
Please advise.

The shop page is the functional page of Woocommerce. Woocommerce does not provide such options, unfortunately.
