Display Issues with Product Properties on Mobile Devices

I am experiencing display issues with the product properties in the theme, as shown in the screenshot. Is there a simple way to solve this problem, for example, by displaying only one property per line on mobile devices?

I have one more question: How can I also edit the email notification that someone has signed up for the waiting list? Can I change the design? How can I translate the email as well?
