You create the menu in Appearance > Menu and set as main/mobile you can set one and the same menu as main and mobile or create a separate menu and set as mobile.

Also, you can create the category menu or two category menus for desktop and mobile.

As soon as you have created the menus, navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Switch to the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 and set the category menu in the Mobile menu element http://prntscr.com/m3oxkt

The mobile menu does not support mega menu. You need to create a separate menu for mobile and assign in Appearance > Menu.
