Display Modal WIndow

I’m not sure if I got a response to the previous question below.

Question:
How can I add a model window over the underlying page to dim the content after displaying the search results drop-down menu?.

It’s the same modal window functionality the theme is using after adding a product to the cart.

If so,

Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Edit the Search element and enable full-width search.

If it is not what you need, please clarify the issue.

Sorry for any confusion as I thought that the video file had properly attached. However, I’m not referring to the full screen search option as I do prefer to use the search form.

Your video shows the product adding and appearing a sidebar of the shopping cart. If you want this, you need to set “Sidebar” in the Cart element of the Header builder. https://prnt.sc/prbwn6

..actually all I want is for the same gray overlay to be placed over the underlying page content (modal window) so the form drop-down menu is more focused.
