You are using Translatepress plugin, which have not officially tested. If you want to translate the site into Multi languages then you should use the WPML plugin instead.

I took a look at debug file, most of these are notice, you can ignore these messages. I also kindly recommend you to delete that debug log file, it is unnecessary to storage.
