I saw the screenshot you attached.

To show categories under the shop page title. You need to Go to >> Theme Settings >> Shop >> Sidebar and page title >> Categories in page title.

I saw the screenshots you attached.

We have used an image of 1900x634px for the Shop page title. You can try increasing the image quality you are using then clear cache and check back.
