    Hello,

how can I make the categories visible even when they don’t contain any products? When I create new categories, they initially have no products inside. I would like them to be displayed on the website right after creation, regardless of whether there are products in them or not.

Is there a setting in your theme that allows this?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hello,

Navigate to Layouts > Edit Product Archive layout with Elementor> Edit Product Categories widget and disable the option “Hide Empty”. https://ibb.co/vCnLPnkN

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

    Hello,

thank you for the quick and accurate reply. I checked all three menus from the screenshot and changed the setting you mentioned in each of them, but I have one question: why do I have three menus with the same layout in Elementor? Which one is actually active, and how can I know which one is currently in use? I had to modify all three until I found the right one that reflects the changes.

I’m not sure if I explained it clearly, but I hope you understand me.

Three menus showing the same thing in “Layouts” menu… I don’t get it.

    Hello,

You Need to edit the layout condition and see where it is applied:
Like this layout is applied on all product archive: https://ibb.co/KjCWM4st

Additionally, on the frontend you can see the layout which one is applied to on this page.
