Not a huge isse but we have noticed that the product images on the waitlist page are distorted.
See https://ibb.co/7tkw2tmr as an example
Please can you advise what may be causing this?

September 9, 2026 at 2:28 pm #728645Hello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know, so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

Little PandaParticipantThank you but we had already tried deactivating all 3rd party plugins before contacting you.
The issue still happens with everything deactivated.
September 10, 2026 at 3:12 pm #728722Hello,
Thank you for reporting this.
The distortion is most likely related to the product image dimensions/aspect ratio being different from the size expected by the waitlist layout. WooCommerce generates the product thumbnails based on the configured image settings, and if the source images have inconsistent proportions, they can sometimes appear stretched or distorted in specific layouts.
Please try the following:
1. Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images and check the configured product image dimensions/aspect ratio.
2. Make sure your product images use consistent dimensions/aspect ratios. Ideally, use square images (for example, 800 × 800 px or larger) for the products.
3. After changing the image settings, regenerate the WooCommerce thumbnails so the existing product images are recreated with the new dimensions.
4. Clear your website/cache plugin cache and then check the waitlist page again.WoodMart itself does not generally control the source product-image dimensions; WooCommerce handles the generated product thumbnails. XTemos also recommends ensuring that the thumbnail size is sufficiently large for the displayed product image and regenerating thumbnails after changing the image settings.
If the images are still distorted after regenerating the thumbnails, please let us know so we can inspect the generated image size and the CSS applied to the waitlist images.
Best Regards,

Little PandaParticipantHi,
We followed your steps by changing the woocommerce image size to 600×600, then regenerated woo thumbnails and turned off any caching. The waitlist images are still distorted.
Please advise
September 11, 2026 at 5:19 pm #728789Hello,
We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. After reviewing the issue, we can confirm that our previous recommendation regarding the WooCommerce image size and thumbnail regeneration was incorrect, and we’re sorry for the confusion this may have caused.
The distortion issue with the waitlist product images has been identified on our side, and it will be fixed in the next WoodMart update, which is scheduled for release next week.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on this fix.
Best Regards.
