Does not load Javascript menus

It does not load the javascript in charge of displaying the menus when hovering. I’ve tried disabling the cache on the server and it’s still the same. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t.

I have observed that it only happens when javascript scripts are cached. To do some checks I have disabled the cache on the server and it seems to work momentarily, but for some reason they re-cache and the problem returns. I don’t know if the problem is on the server. Perhaps excluding that script (you will tell me what to exclude) everything works correctly. At the moment everything is ok, but I would like to know what measures to take so that it does not happen again and of course to be able to activate the cache on the server. At this time I can’t reproduce the problem because we have an active ad campaign and we need the website to work properly. What happens is very simple: the submenus are not shown when you hover over the main menu. This happens when javascript is cached. We can leave it pending until the end of the advertising campaign in September.
