Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin and FTP access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

I turned off unnecessary plugins. I have specified ftp information below. There is one more problem, I want you to check (grid or carousel) white border appears on mobile.

Please, update the theme to the latest version 7.1.4 and check how it works.
As for the carousel, try to disable “Disable OWL Carousel script on mobile devices” option in Theme Settings -> Performance -> JS.
