Dokan Lite Compatibility issue

    When Dokan Lite is activated, I am not able to add any padding or add a background colour or image for a row or a column. It works only when Dokan Lite is disabled.

    Hi,

    Please, describe to us your problems in a bit more details. Attach some screenshots and provide us with a list of steps on how to reproduce it on your website. Disable external plugins and send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong.

    Please find the attached screenshots taken when Dokan is activated and deactivated.

    I wanted to add a background colour to a row but when Dokan Lite is enabled, I cant select the colour using Color picker. Even if I add the colour code, I cant save as “Save” button is not clickable. When Dokan Lite is disabled, I can select the colour and save settings.

    Please, disable all external plugins first.

    Hi,

    We found that when Wocommerce is active and dokan is active, we are having this issue. So, how can we fix this? Both plugins are vital for us.

    In this case, you need to contact Dokan developers for help. Their plugin has to be fully compatible with WooCommerce of course.

    But we don’t have any issues with Dokan. We are having the issue only with Woodmart theme.

    You wrote that it happens when both plugins are active.
    OK, anyway, please, disable all external plugins so we can check what is wrong.

    Hello, we have updated the Dokan Lite and the issue was fixed.

    We are having issues with Google Maps. When we update Google Map API key in Dokan, the theme category pages are breaking. When API is enabled on Dokan settings, map is showing fine but I can see 2 search bars and says “No products” please find the screenshot attached.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    We changed the theme to default 2020 and issue still exists.

    If it also appears on other themes then it is not something related to WoodMart. You need to contact the plugin’s support for help on this matter.
