Dokan vendor store widgets content

Hi, I’m having a problem and I really do not know if it’s the theme or the Dokan plugin. The problem is that the title page of the taxonomies widgets is displayed on the seller’s shop page but the content is not seen. Can you help me with this?

These widgets are empty in the source code so we don’t think that it is our theme’s problem https://gyazo.com/0ea73f53296324d1e67b3d46298ff95e
Anyway, you can easily check it switching to default WordPress theme.
