vanessamazzoniParticipantHello, I bought the Premium Woodmart template for 1 temporal domain https://equipamientodecaza.es and this week, I will switch to web to the definitive domain TuRopaDeCaza.com
I would like to know if there is any impact in my license. Shall I do something special?
Thank you

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you for your questions.
Before transferring to the main domain, don’t forget to deactivate the license on a development one. Then you will not have any issues with your license.
Kind Regards

vanessamazzoniParticipantso, when the Hosting will put the web with the new domain name turopadecaza.com, I will reactivate the licence, writing the number of license in the same place of the dashboard?

vanessamazzoniParticipantan other question please, if I desactivate it a few days before the domain changes, shall it still work normaly and can I still work on the old web meantime the Hosting is doing the changes?
then, when the new domain is fixed, and I will reactivate the license all the content will be the same?January 11, 2021 at 10:37 am #257338
Artem TemosKeymasterYes, you need to reactivate the theme if you change the domain.
Sure, you can deactivate it a few days before the transfer without any problems.

vanessamazzoniParticipantWhen you say “reactivate the theme” you mean, reactivate the license?
I will not loose nothing? I will not have to import again the Demo or make again the Themes settings?
sorry to bother you but I am bit nervious the loose 2 month of hard work !January 11, 2021 at 12:08 pm #257377
Artem TemosKeymasterYes, sorry, I mean reactivate the license. So you just need to click on “Deactivate” and then activate it again with the same license on a new domain.
