Don’t add products to cart, omitted required fields

I have a problem.
I used the flatsome theme before.
I have the product fields plugin installed.
After switching to woodmart – if the required personalization fields are not configured, it goes to the cart but does not add the product.
If there are required fields – it ignores them, does not return a message to fill them in.
If I fill in the fields – the product is added to the cart.
I tried ajax settings etc. but nothing helps, I want the woodmart theme.
Help.

Could you please record a short video and describe how we can reproduce the issue on your website so we can check this for you?
But, please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together.
