double display of tax and shipping costs

    Hello, we are using the Germanized plugin with Woocommerce. We need to display info on shipping costs, tax and delivery time with the product. The problem is that all these information show double, please see screenshot. What can I do to solve this?

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    Hi, thank you. I found out that the problem occurs only when “Extra Product Options & Add-Ons for WooCommerce” plugin is activated.
    And, you are right, as I have checked with Storefront, the same issue occurs , so probably it is not a theme issue.

    I have another problem now: I wanted to check the above issue with the flatsome theme. When reactivating Woodmart, pages and Layout are damaged. Looks half way like flatsome. I tried with backup but no changes.

    I used the “basic” template. Can you please see and help? Login details are in extra info.

    Yes, sorry, I was unsure if I will get an answer and wanted to go on working so I moved the site and tried something different.
    New URL of the damaged shop is: http://test1.takumi-shop.de
    Login is unchanged.

    If it is possible to reimport the dummy content, I would like to keep the sample products too. Please do not delete that. And, can we please try to get this problem solved by the end of this week? If it is not possible by Friday, I will give up and build a new shop from the start.

    Hello,

    We tried to install this plugin – https://monosnap.com/file/udZVcZQWlpYqFoiuGJu5Dcx3Ouc3g7 and below you can see the error which can cause the issues with importing our dummy content as well. So you need to fix that error that is shown in the screenshot and recheck the issue with importing our dummy.

    I fixed the issue in wp-config.php, and installed file manager. Thank you!
    Sorry, I see no way to re-import the dummy content once it is imported- there is only a “activate” option. I activated that, but images in sample products are still missing.
