Double Header responsive Mode (Tablet Extra)

I’ve been trying to solve this problem for a long time without success.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

When you logged in the admin bar may overlay the top header, at the same time it is not applied to site visitors.

Please describe the steps to reproduce the problem.

Step 1: Login
Step 2: Click on Elementor at the top bar
Step 3: At the bottom left you will find an icon that is supposed to represent a laptop and a mobile phone called Responsive Mode
Step 4: Click on Responsive mode
Step 5: on the top bar you will find seven symbols (Mobile phone, tablet, laptop, 2x PC screen)
Step 6: Click on the middle icon Tablet rotated.

We have checked the site and we do not see doubled headers on the front-end. We checked several devices and widths.

Most likely, the doubled header appears due to peculiarities of your server and you can ignore it.
