Doubts with the cart page and links

Hey there
I have some doubts, i would like to know how to access to the cart page and how to customize it, the link is not displayed in the top bar as in the demo and when i add a product and click on “view cart” button it redirects me to the index, sorry i’m new in Woocommerce, i’m waiting for your answer, cheers.
