Download required plugins

Hi,
This is about the 4.4 update. My wordpress setup (trellis) does not allow installing plugins via wp-admin. I must add them to the repo. But since the basel theme folder no longer includes the required plugins, except basel-post-types, could you please help with downloading them so I can update the theme? Or could I find them elsewhere?

I have sent the plugins. Before uploading them, try update through Appearance > Install plugins. If the attempt fails, upload from the mail.
