Drop-down category issue

Hello, I want the drop-down category to open only when hovered over, including on the home page. I tried all the settings, but it only works on other pages as I want. I don’t want it to stay open all the time on the home page.

Edit the Home page via Dashboard -> Pages and at the bottom disable this https://prnt.sc/JrIEQmainUV7 option.

Clear the cache and recheck the issue.
