raz.soferParticipantHi
The drop down for product menu does not work on Safari on iPhone for some reason, but works on other browsers, and the menu icon looks bigger on Safari as well-

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
The access is right, I just need to disable the plugins and enable the parent theme for testing the issue so I asked permission for that if you do not mind. Again, can I disable all 3rd party plugins and enable the parent theme?
Kind Regards

raz.soferParticipantOh, now I understood.
Yes, you can disable 🙂February 26, 2024 at 6:33 pm #543993
Luke NielsenMemberHello,
Could you please disable the server cache? Because these https://take.ms/CxMY4N plugins are disabled in the admin panel but as you see, they are working so it looks like some sort of server cache. Also, after disabling the server cache you can recheck the issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you. Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards

raz.soferParticipantShould I disable Redis and WP Rocket as well?
February 27, 2024 at 6:03 pm #544398
Luke NielsenMemberHello,
After disabling the server cache, I suggest disabling all plugins except these ones:
Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent themeIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Let me know the result.
Kind Regards
