    Hello,

The issue on your website is caused by the SG optimizer plugin. Please deactivate the plugin then check back.

Hi another error is occurring, wordpress does not save when I update: I requested assistance from the hosting service but they answered me like this

I have thoroughly investigated your case and have been able to replicate the problem. I have checked our logs and I can confirm that your site is not hitting any of our server limits and there are no server-side issues that could be causing this problem, but it seems that the problem here is coming from the application. Also, it gives a plugin or theme conflict.

While I was trying to tweak the widget so that I could test it on my side, I noticed the following errors in Chrome DevTools:

Unchecked runtime.lastError: This request exceeds the MAX_WRITE_OPERATIONS_PER_HOUR quota. widget.php
Unchecked runtime.lastError: This request exceeds the MAX_WRITE_OPERATIONS_PER_MINUTE quota. widget.php

You can view these errors from Chrome DevTools, you can open DevTools by right clicking on the page, then selecting Inspect -> Console.

    1. Log in to the site as admin
    2. Click on the appearance item in the left menu in wordpress
    3. Click on the widget item in the appearance submenu
    4. try to add or remove any widget and notice that wordpress does not save changes
