Dropdown issue in product variation

I used taste variation in this above link.
Problems:-
1. in this link(” https://www.b-en-y.com/product/don-rogelio-ambachtelijke-pate-in_6_smaken_80gr/ “)It displays default value of dropdown for windows. It doesn’t work in MacBook and iPhone.
2. In this link https://www.b-en-y.com/test-2/ , When we add this product to cart “Don Rogelio ambachtelijke paté in 6 smaken (80gr)” at that time it display to select value from dropdown list(I want to set default value).

I have explain with the screenshot. Please take a look and help me to set default value in all the screen.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

It is working fine with other theme.
Can you remove this selection option and enable the add to cart option for the shop page? I have attached screenshot.
It will help me to solve easily. I will find solution for product page. but, I need your help to fix in the shop page.

Please disable the option “Quick Shop” for variable products in the Theme Settings > Shop.
