I saw the screenshot you attached. To change the color of the specific elements you need to use advanced typography from Theme Settings >> Typography.

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website and the menu item is not having a visited property.

Therefore to change the hover color you need to target the following class.

".woodmart-navigation .menu-simple-dropdown .sub-menu-dropdown li a:hover:hover "

It will change the color of the hover item text.
