multidigitalltdParticipantI have the HTML for the dropdown menu.
In practice, the menu doesn’t open—neither on hover nor on click.
I’d appreciate some help.
I’m using this theme:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
If the issue remains, try to increase the PHP Max Input Vars parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and check how it works.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.

multidigitalltdParticipantThank you so much, it works.
Now one more question:
The cart doesn’t open when clicking the “Add to Cart” button. What should I do?December 31, 2025 at 12:54 pm #702796
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Shopping cart widget > Choose action after add to cart button.
Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives.
Also, navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit Current Header > Configure cart Settings for both mobile and desktop, and choose the cart position “Hidden Sidebar”.

multidigitalltdParticipantUnfortunately, that’s not possible — I need their header.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
If you want to use the Elementor Pro header, use Elementor Pro mini cart for this.
Please follow this guide and configure it: https://elementor.com/help/menu-cart-widget-pro/

multidigitalltdParticipantIs there a way to use the Elementor Pro header on desktop and the WoodMart header on mobile?
January 5, 2026 at 10:22 am #703120
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry, but there is no option in the theme settings available for that.
It requires customization, and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

multidigitalltdParticipantOkay, no problem — I’ll stay with Elementor Pro.
How can I enable your sticky menu on mobile as well?
Right now it’s not active on the site.January 5, 2026 at 4:20 pm #703210
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Can you please share some screenshots or examples of what you actually want, so I can further check and give you a possible solution?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,

multidigitalltdParticipantOn desktop, your menu works fine.
Is it possible to have it work on mobile as well?
Thank you.
It was working at first.January 7, 2026 at 3:01 pm #703485
multidigitalltdParticipantI want to clarify this again:
I’m not interested in using Elementor’s menu at all.
On desktop, I’m using your menu — not Elementor’s.
I simply want the same desktop menu to work on mobile as well, just like it does in your theme’s mobile setup.-

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please use the WordPress Menu widget inside your Elementor header, or switch to the Woodmart Header Builder, which includes a built-in mobile menu/hamburger menu.

multidigitalltdParticipantCan you access the site and install the menu for me?
I want it to be the same menu that’s used on desktop.January 8, 2026 at 10:46 am #703580
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
The menu you are using in Heart does not have the mobile menu layout. Please follow this Elementor guide and add the menu: https://elementor.com/blog/introducing-nav-menu/
