DROPDOWN MENU OVER TOP OF LOGO

Hi
Could you please tell me how to make sure the dropdown menu does not cover my logo on the following page. While you are at the top of the page and hover over Home the menu covers my logo.
If I scroll down the page and try again, it looks good and does not cover it.
