First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).
I saw the screenshot you attached. Please make a fresh install by reinstalling wordpress then install the theme and the recommended plugins.
Then you can re import the demo.
OR
You can reset your website using Wp Reset plugin and then try installing the theme again and import the demo.https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/

I have followed all the steps as you have suggested but I am facing the same issues
Even i have reset my website again but the theme is not getting removed
