    Hello
    I installed the template following every single step as you suggested.
    an error occurred when importing the content.

    I can’t install the demos or the dummy contents.

    I have tried to deactivate all the plugins but the problem persists.

    help me thanks

    Hello,

    Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation.
