Dummy Content not displaying properly

    Good Day,

    I have imported the “Black Friday, Track Order and Old About Us” dummy content and none display correctly. I have tried to also delete and import again from woodmart/inc/admin/import/dummy-data/track-order/content.xml and issue persists.

    I’ve read up that this occurs when site already has content. Since mine already has content, is there no way of exporting the pages and header/footer /content so that I can re-use these after fix? If so, how can it be done and thereafter how can the import issue then be fixed?

    Hello,

    The website is using Elementor page builder. But you are trying to import the pages using WPBakery page builder.

    Please disable WpBakery page builder and then try to import the pages.

    Hi

    WP Bakery plugin was already disabled. I further deleted the plugin (WP Bakery), deleted pages (Track Order, Black Friday, Maintenance) from pages tab and flushed cache. Ran import from Woodmart –> Dummy Import of same pages, issue persists. Deleted pages again and rain import of pages via Tool —> Import and selected page from woodmart/inc/admin/import/dummy-data/track-order/content.xml eve tried woodmart/inc/admin/import/dummy-data/track-order/content-elementor.xml and issue persists.

    The whole point of purchasing this theme was to save time, now it has got me spending so much time doing this manually when there is content that I can just add, chop and save.

    Once you import the page and delete it you can’t reimport it, unfortunately.

    This can only be done by removing the dummy content completely using an appropriate button in the dummy content interface. Then the pages can be Reimported.

    What happened to my reply from Saturday, 14th May 2022? I had asked that since you already have the admin creds, go ahead and get this working as it should out the box. As mentioned previously, the whole purpose was to save time. It is now 3 days later and we still beating around the bush, my site is currently down due to this. This is now urgent, if you cannot do it, then provide clear instructions of what i need to do to get to get theme working as expected. As mentioned in post that i believe was deleted, I have already tried your suggestion: ” This can only be done by removing the dummy content completely using an appropriate button in the dummy content interface. Then the pages can be Reimported.”

    If this cannot be done within the next 24hrs, kindly point me to your returns and refund policy.

    Please take a complete backup of your website and tell me then we will remove the demo and import the pages again.

    Thanks for your response.

    I have eventually backed up everything and reinstalled WordPress from scratch and installed theme immediately after WordPress installation. Thus far, pages are importing as expected and all seems well.
