Duplicate filters and cant select multiple filter

I can’t figure out why we are duplicating the filter selection in the e-shop, at the same time since the last patch update we can’t select multiple filters at once even though we have the widget set to “AND” query. Can you please advise me how to fix this problem? Thanks.
