Duplicate header cart icon in fixed position on desktop (open mini-cart)

Hi,
I would like to add a custom cart icon fixed at the bottom right of the screen (only on desktop), outside the header.
I want it to behave exactly like the default cart icon in the header — meaning, when the user clicks it, it should open the same off-canvas mini-cart.
In short: I’d like to display the same cart element used in the header, but in a fixed position on desktop.
What is the correct way to trigger the mini-cart from a custom button or element placed elsewhere on the page?
Is there a specific HTML structure or JavaScript function required to make it work?

Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations, and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
