“Duplicate, submitted URL not selected as canonical”.

Hello,
I have a WordPress-Woocommerce website using WPML (original language EN, second language GR). I have one address (.com) and for the second language I use .com/el.
However, through Google Search Console I have realized that my Greek pages are not indexed and the problem appears to be “Duplicate, submitted URL not selected as canonical”. Do you have an idea why this happens? Could it be the fact that I don’t have two separate addresses (.com, .gr), the fact that I am using WPML or something to do with the theme?

Hello,
Woodmart theme does not influence that or have any options to change. Please resave your permalinks in Dashboard > Settings, if you have created pages less than a week ago, it may take time to be indexed.
