Duplicate theme and php version

Hello,
1- I would like to duplicate my site. As I already have my woodmart theme licensed with you, I won’t have any trouble duplicating it for my other sites if need be?
2- The host Ionos that I use has the PHP version 8.0 that you use is officially no longer supported, so there are no more free security updates available. They suggest I upgrade to a newer version of PHP to easily perform the security updates. Which version of php do you recommend to keep my website running (PHP 8.2 or PHP 8.3)?

2. The theme supports all the newest versions of the PHP.

Yep, you can clone the site but in this case, you need to use another license key, because that site is related to another domain.
