Duplicate vignette in product page

Hi
I created a product, and in the product settings, I set the main image and added another image, which is the same but with a different name and a smaller size, to use as a thumbnail. So, I have only one image for the thumbnail, but in the final result, I see two images appearing in the thumbnails—one with very good quality and the other completely blurry, as you can see in the attached photos. I don’t know where this problem is coming from

i found what i had this issue , it’s because by default the principal image is displayed on the thumbnail and if i add the same i will have 2 sames images displayed
