Duplicated Content in New Page and Some Existing Page

Hi,
As title, I am currently having this problem.
A “Hello World!”, will be displayed as

Hello World!

Hello World!

Checked on the internet, they add some PHP code snippets, but I am not sure where to put it. I am not good with coding, most of the time rely on GUI.

Tried plugins like WP-Optimize, but not work.
I think I messed up with the database by copy/duplicate/create/delete the Contact Us page.

Please advise an easy way to solve this. Thanks.
