I activated disabled swatch but it doesn’t seem to work.

Please navigate to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Inventory and enable the “Out of stock visibility” option.

Please navigate to Theme Settings -> Shop -> Variable products and increase the “AJAX variation threshold” field at least to 100.

Then clear the cache and check the issue again.
