Dynamic discount layout problem

I have this widget within single product page, this only shows on products that have this dynamic discount table. See screenshot and link: https://boenderoutdoor.nl/boender-outdoor-sierkussen-45x45cm-velvet-lendekussen-groenig-met-print-inclusief-binnenkussen-2-stuks/
If you check the other screenshot you can see i dont have setup dynamic discount for this product.
The problem is it leaves a lot of blank space. I would like it so the other contents like gerelateerde producten goes up if the dynamic discount is not set for this product.

Set here for the “All products”, clear a cache and recheck the issue.

Hi I think we misunderstood eachother, i know how the function works.
My issue is when i dont use this condition on a product the widget leaves a large blank space. Why is this? And how can i fix this?
The problem is that it leaves a lot of blank space where the widget would normally be. I’d like the other content, like ‘related products’, to move up if the dynamic discount is not set for a particular product.
