As for the Woocommerce error, it is a warning. It means that Woocommerce updated the templates and WoodMart templates would also be updated in the nearest release. Your site would work without any problems till update.
I see you do have not a parent theme. Please upload the parent theme and let us know if the problem remains.

My website was having both parent and child theme but now the parent theme can’t be installed. You can see in the screenshot attached. Please help me as this is very important and my website isn’t working.
I some how resolved the issue and it was because of permalinks htaccess but now I’ve lost some settings of the theme, the main navigation menu is missing and footer and other widgets settings are lost but maybe other settings also… Can please tell me that how can I get settings back? I asked my webhost to provide me the backup. And also please tell me that should I activate the woodmart child theme or the woodmart parent theme.
