Ecommerce Issues: blurry images & can't remove the the add to cart on thumbnails

On the shop thumbnails and product page images they are appearing zoomed in and blurry. On the product page image zoom, it looks fine.
All on photos that are more vertical (vacuums) they photos are extremely large. How can I curtail both horizontal and vertical images to maintain the same sizing?
Also, how can I have the shop product display boxes maintain the same height?
Lastly on the shop page thumbnails, how can I remove the add to cart buttons from the image?

You can configure your images size and disable cropping in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images.
