Edge Browser Items Not Getting Added To Cart

    Hello,

    I was experiencing this same issue when I had my subscription linked to a different website. I have read a few different discussions about this problem here and just on other sites when I did a search for it. This seems to only happen with the Edge browser. I do not know it is my browser or if other customers are experiencing the same issue. I can select a product and add it to the cart. No matter what the settings are on the website, noting shows up in the cart when they go to the cart.

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Thank you for understanding. You guys are always fast to reply and I appreciate it. I can go in an deactivate the plugins at any time. Just at that moment, my blogger wanted to post someting and I did not schedule this. So, can we set a time or give me a time window so I can do this and then make sure that no one logs in during that time. I just do not your time zone or working hours. I am on Pacific time, West Coast USA.

    OK. Thank you for letting me know. I have deactivated all the plugins execpt for the ones you mentioned. The site is ready for you to login. Also, I am not able to get the shop filters to show up on the left side bar. I jusumped then gun and the ticket is closed.

    Probably, it was caused by some cache. Could you please test how it works on your website now?

    Thank you for logging in and taking a look. It is still doing the same thing on my Edge browser. I have reset all the settings to default and cleared everything I can think of. I guess it is just something on my end and maybe acouple of customers that contacted me.

    Yes, please open the other ticket. I just want to get a better understanding of all the settings and / or layout needed to get the shop filter to display on left hand side bar of shop page.

    Hello,

    Could you try to open a private window in Edge and record a video of how it works there? Make sure that all plugins are turned off while you testing.
