Edit cart quantity on the checkout page

Hello, how to edit the product quantity on the checkout page?
Customer might want to change the quantity but there is no option available, if they go to the cart and come to the checkout again then they may lose their information that they put on the checkout page billing details. So to make it user friendly we need an option to edit the product quantity on the checkout page.

Let me know if we can enable from theme settings, if none then suggest me a plugin.
