"Edit Category" returns 404

    Can you help me troubleshoot this issue? Category pages themselves are working fine on the front end, but attempting to edit on the back end (i.e.: Products > Categories > Edit) results in a 404. Quick editing of categories works and creation of new categories works.

    This is a live site. I have already tried disabling unessential plugins.

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
