Edit front page with WPBakery Page Builder

Hi, I want to edit the frontpage. I use the Event Agency prebuilt content. But when I activate the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, the front page is broken. So I can not edit this page.
As soon as I deactivate the plugin again, the landing page works, but no chance to edit it.
How can I edit the frontpage? I want to edit the current content. Only changeing the images and the strings.
