Edit header.php

Hi I want to edit the header.php file because I need to add the follow tag ( <!– TradeDoubler site verification 3035081 –> ) I try to do it by Aparence – Editor – And choosed the Basel theme but when I edit don’t let me save because is theme parent and I don’t have the write permissions. How I can make this little change to add the tag??

We recommend changing the theme files via FTP using the FileZilla program.
